In the Happy Food MN Health Coaching Program we view health from an overall perspective. We look at diet, but also lifestyle, and it’s affects on your overall health. The program is very goal based, so we start by distilling down your greatest health goals and create a plan to achieve them. We’ll create a structured plan tailored to you, with small, achievable steps that all lead toward your goal. Anna makes your goal fun and attainable with new recipes, meal plans, optional grocery store tour, pantry makeover, and a focus on self-love and self-care.
As an Integrative Health Coach Anna knows that everybody’s body is different, and one prescription does not fit all. Working with “food as medicine”, Anna will help you figure out what your body needs to thrive with this one life you’ve been given.
